Privacy Policy

This event and site are operated by the rimless XR eyewear design manufacturable™ Group (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we handle when you RSVP to, subscribe to, or browse the Eye Ware Vertical Singularity event site.

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• RSVP: name, email, company, guest count, attendance mode, and any dietary notes or message you add.
• Newsletter: name (optional) and email, with your explicit consent.
• Technical: basic request metadata (such as your browser user-agent) needed to operate and secure the site.

We use your details solely to manage your reservation, send you event communications you asked for (arrival details, agenda, fitting list), and improve the event. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Submissions are stored in our own managed database and processed only by the organizing team and the vendors strictly necessary to run the event. Access is limited and protected by authentication.

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw newsletter consent at any time via the unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, contact privacy@eyeware.events.

RSVP records are kept until the event concludes plus a short period for follow-up, then deleted. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.
